Caitlin sees with clients both in person and virtually. Virtual sessions can be with any client across Canada.
Caitlin sees Adults as individuals and adolescents 12 and older.
Caitlin holds an MA in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Martin Luther University College and is a professional member of CCPA and CRPO. Adding to her therapeutic education, she holds a Bachelor’s in Music Therapy, registered with CAMT Her clinical background includes work in community mental health, long-term and palliative care, and private education settings.
Caitlin is a warm, person-centred therapist who meets you where you are and moves at a pace that feels safe. Her style is eclectic and holistic—gentle, steady, and genuinely curious about your story. She supports individuals and couples with anxiety, grief, betrayal, and communication, as well as the self-doubt, guilt and shame that can follow hard seasons.
Parents appreciate her collaborative way of helping teens feel seen, heard, and understood using music psychotherapy for creative expression and processing as she works with family and life challenges, neurodivergence, and self-confidence.
In session, Caitlin helps you slow down, make sense of big feelings, and find words for what’s been hard—without pressure or judgment. Together, you’ll practice small, practical steps that build confidence, strengthen, connection, and restore a sense of autonomy. When it fits, she can also weave in music as a pathway for expression and regulation.
Caitlin would love to meet you on your journey. If you are facing troubling times and in need of a listening ear, Caitlin is ready to hear you.
