Nicole became a therapist because she likes talking with people about their deeper thoughts, feelings and the things that really matter about life. Her life experiences have honed her skills in developing strong therapeutic relationships. Through various life circumstances, Nicole recognizes that each person is unique and the journey of uncovering who we are is a process which takes time, space and healing.
Nicole’s empathetic nature coupled with her strong active listening skills, clients can feel heard, validated and encouraged. Through a holistic lens, Nicole offers her clients a warm, gentle and non-judgmental presence to intentionally support and encourage her clients in navigating the challenges life brings with the understanding that the process of healing takes strength and courage.
Steeped in a trusting therapeutic relationship, Nicole offers her clients the opportunity to gain insight into themselves where her clients learn not to just survive but thrive. It would be an honour to take the journey of self-exploration with you.
