Sharayah’s training includes brainspotting. In it’s newness to Canada, many clients wonder, what is brainspotting and how does it help? Brainspotting is a type of therapy that helps clients process difficult emotions and/or traumatic experiences. It uses different eye positions or “brain spots” to sort through memories. This can help clients become unstuck from different situations.
