Temitope Oloyede - Psychotherapist, Counsellor & Social Worker

Temitope sees with clients both in person and virtually. Virtual sessions can be with any client across Canada.

Temitope holds a Master of Social Work (clinical stream) from the University of Manitoba and is registered with the Manitoba College of Social Workers. He is also a Certified Child & Adolescent Trauma Professional (Evergreen Certifications). Grounded in clinical social work, Temitope brings a whole-person approach to every session. In practice, this means therapy-focused care—assessment, evidence-informed counselling, and practical strategies—delivered with cultural humility and choice.

Temitope is a compassionate, empathetic, client-centred therapist who understands that tough times can happen to anyone at any stage of life. He is committed to creating a safe and welcoming space where people are met exactly where they are and supported in achieving their unique healing goals. He believes every therapeutic journey is unique—and that every step, big or small, matters in the process of growth.

With a clinical social work background, Temitope integrates holistic, client-led, and trauma-informed approaches alongside evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs. He believes everyone deserves to be seen and heard. When desired, he offers spiritual integration in therapy—helping clients realign with their values and beliefs while addressing feelings of shame, guilt, or loss. His collaborative, client-centred style emphasizes both personal growth and practical strategies to navigate everyday challenges.

With a person-centred, strengths-based stance, Temitope walks alongside clients as they navigate systemic and racial barriers—nurturing resilience, self-worth, and empowerment.

Being invited into your story is an honour to Temitope. He believes meaningful change is built through compassionate connection, thoughtful reflection, and small, consistent steps that add up over time.
